Our 20+ MSHA certified employees have a combined hundreds of years of experience on mine sites around the world. We offer services to our customers for mill reline installations, equipment and application troubleshooting, condition monitoring, and traditional product support. Trust Copper State to work closely with your engineers, contractors, and installers for overall site support.
OUR TEAM, WORKING WITH YOURS
Copper State’s Global Site Technical Support Team and Regionalized Branch Support Teams work hand-in-hand with your site or project. Through shutdowns, relines, urgencies, and other maintenance events, we make sure that you have the fastener technical expertise you need.
FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT
Our teams will continue to work with you, especially in situations with an LMF+ installation. We’ll work with your reliability engineers to evaluate the data received, interpret working conditions, and make suggestions on your courses of action. Our role is not complete until you have fully achieved the desired results for your product installation and returned your equipment to production capacity.
PROACTIVE AND PLANNED EXECUTION
We work with mining operators, and our equipment and wear parts partners, in advance of planned maintenance events. It’s our goal to support the contractors, installers, manufacturers, and reliability engineers as best as we can. We’ll coordinate video calls to develop a strategy for the shutdown, reline, repair, or other maintenance event and work with you to find the solution that leads to the shortest amount of downtime. When our teams are invited onsite to support an installation, we aim to work closely with all of the related company representatives and partners to make your project a success.
