TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

This catalog identifies those products which are most often required by our customers. Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. stocks most of the items listed in this catalog, however, some non-stock items are listed to represent the full line of manufacturer’s products. All stock items will be shipped no later than next day, while non-stock or special items will depend on availability. Please ask Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. about all of your fastener needs, even if they aren’t listed in the catalog.

PAYMENT TERMS

Our terms are 1% 10, Net 30 based on our invoice date. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18% per annum to all balances past 60 days at the time statements are generated. Discounts taken past their allowed date may be subject to a chargeback. We provide our Accounts Receivable Information to Dun & Bradstreet.

Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express charge cards on telephone and will-call counter orders. Credit card payments are accepted up to 30 days after the invoice date. Credit card payments made after the invoice due date will be charged an additional 3% transaction charge.

PRICES AND QUOTATIONS

This catalog does not contain prices due to the constant fluctuation in the economy. We can submit current price quotations to you over the telephone or in the form of a hard copy. Written quotations are valid until the expiration date indicated, while telephone quotations are offered for immediate acceptance. Clerical or other accidental errors are subject to correction.

TAXES

Local, County and State taxes will be imposed on all items unless a tax exemption certificate is filed with Copper State Bolt & Nut Co.

DELIVERY TERMS

The terms for most items are F.O.B. Shipping Point. Delivery service provided by Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is available within our delivery area. If a common a carrier is to be used for delivery, the freight charge is generally prepaid and added. If you require special shipping methods, please advise us at the time of the order, otherwise we will use our best judgment in routing.

WILL-CALL ORDERS

Our will-call counters are available both for orders placed at the counter, and for the orders placed over the telephone. Orders can be picked up at any of our will-call counters. We make every effort to ensure that your order is ready when you come to pick it up. We encourage you to place your orders in advance whenever possible, as the will-call counters serve these customers before serving customers with walk-in orders.

FAX SERVICE

You can send us hard copies of your Purchase Orders or Request for Quotations (RFQ) via Fax, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also encourage customers to send specifications of fasteners to us via fax for non-standard items. Send your fax to: (520) 882-0692 in Tucson or (602) 233-9182 in Phoenix and other areas. Also, we can fax to you your invoices, rather than send them by mail if you prefer. Please contact a CSBN representative to initiate this service.

ELECTRONIC DATA INTERCHANGE (EDI)

Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. has for several years conducted business with customers and suppliers by way of EDI. If you are EDI capable or wish to become so, please contact a CSBN representative for details on becoming a CSBN EDI trading partner. We currently trade documents such as Purchase Orders (850), Invoices (810), Planning Schedules (830) and EFT remittances (820) and are interested in expanding our capabilities to meet the needs of our customers.

The specifications and data in this catalog are provided by the manufacturer and are printed for your convenience. We assume that this data is accurate but we make no guarantees on the information and make no implied or expressed warranties on such information.

RETURNS

Items can be returned only with the prior approval of Copper State Bolt & Nut Co.

OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH US

We accept all applications for account via Fax or in person. Once we receive the application, we will begin processing it immediately and will advise you regarding the status of the applications or any questions.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR MERCHANDISE AND WARRANTIES

It is the policy of Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. to offer only the highest quality products supplied by established and approved vendors. We assume no liability beyond replacing defective merchandise and refunding the purchase price, providing a claim is processed within a reasonable amount of time. We will not allow claims for consequential damage, transportation charges or for labor or other expenses incurred in removing defective products or installing replacement material.  Any product manufactured by Copper State is manufactured per applicable specifications and tested per those specifications in accredited laboratories.

WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND/OR MERCHANTABILITY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN THE LIMITED RETURN AND REPLACEMENT RIGHT SET FORTH ABOVE AND ANY WARRANTIES WHICH THE MANUFACTURER MAY SUPPLY.
